A few years ago, I held the first Change Your Habitudes, Change Your Life workshop. Developing and presenting that program had been on my “I want to” list for three years. I’d think about it, talk about it, and it would end there. Lots of talk, no real action.

And for the past 17 years, I’ve been an adjunct professor at Bay Path University teaching in the One-Day-A-Week program where classes are 6-weeks in length.

I will work with you one-on-one for 6-weeks.
- Six (6) in-person (or via Zoom) master meetings, one each week.
- Action items based on our weekly meetings to be determined and completed each week prior to our scheduled session.
- Unlimited calls/zooms / e-mails throughout the 6-weeks.
What the cost? The investment in yourself is $595.00, payable in upfront, in full. No week-to-week. And there are no refunds. If you quit midway, that’s on you. If you miss a meeting, you’re out.
